This page describes how Thanks Marketing operates when placing guest posts or sponsored content on your site. It covers our service terms, content delivery standards, payment timelines, revision rounds, and anti-spam compliance. If you received an outreach email from us, this document explains what you can expect at every stage.

1. Who We Are

Thanks Marketing is a publishing outreach service. We connect brands and content clients with relevant websites that accept guest posts or sponsored editorial placements. We act as an intermediary and manage the full workflow from prospecting to live publication.

Official domain: thanksmarketing.com. All email from us will originate from this domain or a clearly disclosed sub-domain.

2. Service Terms

  • We send outreach only to sites with a genuine editorial or partnership interest relevant to the proposed content niche.
  • There is no obligation to accept a placement. Declining or ignoring outreach carries no consequences.
  • If you agree to a placement, a clear written confirmation of price, deliverable, and timeline will be established before any payment is collected or any article is submitted.
  • We do not lock publishers into exclusive arrangements unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.
  • Either party may terminate an agreed placement before the article is submitted by notifying the other in writing. If payment has already been made, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

3. Content Standards

  • All articles delivered by Thanks Marketing are human-written by experienced writers familiar with the subject matter.
  • Content is reviewed internally for accuracy, readability, and relevance before submission.
  • We do not submit AI-generated drafts without human editing and review.
  • Articles will not contain misleading claims, hidden affiliate links, or tactics designed to manipulate search rankings through deceptive means.
  • Publishers retain the right to reject content that does not meet their editorial standards.
We ask that publishers share their content guidelines, preferred tone, restricted topics, and link policies before we draft the article. This avoids revision cycles and produces better outcomes for both parties.

4. Revision Rounds

We include up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge after article submission. This covers:

  • Tone and style adjustments
  • Editorial formatting preferences (headings, paragraph length, structure)
  • Factual corrections or requested rewrites of specific sections
  • Link placement or anchor text changes

Revisions must be requested within 7 calendar days of article submission. Requests after this window will be accommodated where reasonable but may involve a short delay.

We aim to return all revised drafts within 3 business days of receiving feedback.

5. Payment Terms and Timelines

  • A quoted price is agreed in writing before any invoice is issued.
  • We issue a payment request or invoice via email. Accepted methods are PayPal, bank transfer, and USDT (on request).
  • The article is not submitted for publication until payment is confirmed.
  • We do not charge any fees for initial outreach, negotiation, or price discussion.
  • If a placement is cancelled after payment by our side, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.
  • Invoice reminders are sent at 3 days and 7 days after the first invoice if no payment is received. After 14 days without response, the placement is cancelled and the publisher slot is released.
We never request payment through unofficial channels, third-party links, or cryptocurrency wallets not confirmed in the original agreement. If a payment request looks unusual, please contact us directly to verify.

6. Anti-Spam Compliance

  • Our outreach is targeted and niche-specific. We do not send mass unsolicited email to generic address lists.
  • Every outreach message contains a clear explanation of intent and a way to opt out of future contact.
  • Opt-out requests are processed within 1 business day. We maintain a suppression list to prevent re-contact.
  • Our domain is configured with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to protect against sender spoofing.
  • We comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR-aligned data handling principles. Publisher contact data collected during a campaign is used only for the purpose of that campaign and is not sold or shared.
  • Follow-up emails are spaced no closer than 14 days apart and stop after two follow-ups if there is no response.
